Cordial Lemon and Mint (Belvoir)
A zingy, uplifting blend of fresh organic lemon juice and cooling mint. Fill a tall glass with ice and mix with still or sparkling water for a wonderfully summery drink. This cordial is a delightful blend of sweet, citrus lemons and fresh, leafy garden mint with a really refreshing flavour. Once diluted to taste, the drink has a clear, very pale yellow colour. It has a wonderfully fresh citrus and garden mint aroma. The flavour is of sweet and citrus lemon with a hint of fresh, leafy garden mint and a clean, crisp finish.
