The Natural Vegetable Company is located at the southwestern edge of Inverness. Maggie Sutherland started the Company in 2003 and is still growing produce with the help of her son Iain and Catriona or 'Cat'. They grow a complete range of seasonal veg, possible to grow in the north of Scotland, both outside in the field and in large polytunnels. Their vegetables are organically produced, as they feel this is the kindest way to treat the health of the land and other life including us humans. Organically certified by the Soil Association Licence No. SG8995. Their vegetables reflect what's in season and range from summer crops like tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, courgettes etc... to winter crops like winter roots, kales, cabbage, leeks etc ... Supplying Macleod Organics with produce from spring to summer. We love their sugar snap peas!
