The Elder family have been farming at Chapel Farm since 1952 - farming organically since 2000. The farm is currently run by father & son Graham & Angus. Chapel Farm is 20 miles east of Edinburgh near the coastal town of North Berwick where the fertile soils and local climate of long summer days, relatively dry and frost free for Scotland is ideal for producing a range of organic potato and vegetable crops.
